About the room
Twelve children and two teachers in the big room, with the garden door open most of the day. Toddlers learn by doing the same thing forty times, so we let them.
What a day looks like
- Circle time with songs and a story
- Water tables, sand, paint, blocks
- Lunch at the long table, then a nap
Potty training happens here, at the child's pace, with you.
Parents ask
- How does potty training work?
- At your child's pace, with you. When you start at home we start here the same week, and we write down every success.
- What if my child bites or hits?
- It happens at two. We stay close, name the feeling and move on. If it keeps happening we talk with you the same day.
- Can my child do three days?
- Yes. Two, three or five days a week. The toddler room is the one that fills first, so book a visit early.
Teachers in this room
Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The program rides along to the visit form.
