This page explains what this website collects and why. It is sample text: replace it with your own policy before you publish.

What we collect

• Your name, your child's name and age, your phone and email when you book a visit or send the contact form
• The room, the start and the days you pick on the way to the visit form, so the form can show them
• Anonymous visit numbers, if analytics are switched on in the site settings

What we use it for

To arrange your visit, to answer your questions and, if you enrol, to keep your child's record as the licence requires. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone outside the kindergarten.

How long we keep it

A visit request is kept for three months. An enrolled child's record is kept for as long as the child is with us and for the period the Early Learning Division requires after that. You can ask us to delete anything that is not required by law.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address at the bottom of this page and we answer within a week.

Photos

Photos of the day are shared only with the families of the children in them, through the parent app. Nothing is posted publicly without your written yes.
