Ages 1 to 2

About the room

Eight children, two teachers, one quiet room with the blinds half down. Days follow the child, not the clock: naps when tired, bottles when hungry, the garden every morning it is not pouring.

What a day looks like

  • Cuddles and a song at drop-off
  • Floor play, sensory trays, the garden
  • Two naps, one lunch, a lot of snacks

Parents get a note and three photos by six.

Parents ask

What age can my child start?
From twelve months. Most start between twelve and eighteen months, and the first two weeks are settling in with you nearby.
How do naps work?
Each child naps when tired, in the quiet room, on their own mattress. We follow your routine from home and write down when they slept.
Do you take bottles and nappies?
Yes. Bring bottles made up and labelled. Nappies, wipes and cream are included in the fee.

Come and see it

Come and see it for yourself.

A visit is forty minutes: the rooms, the garden, the kitchen at lunch, and all your questions. Tell us the room and the start you have in mind and we bring the right teacher.
