About
Rosa cooks breakfast, lunch and two snacks for forty-four children every day, from a kitchen with a window onto the garden. The week's menu is on the app by Monday, and she cooks around every allergy without making a child feel different. On Fridays the preschool helps her chop. Her soup is the reason some children eat vegetables.
