Leo leads the kindergarten room and the reading groups that run every morning in fours. He came to Little Oak after nine years in a primary school and brought Ed, a sock puppet who cannot read and has to be taught. He works with the local primary schools so the move up is a visit, not a leap. Outside the room he keeps the vegetable beds going.
